The Kingman Turquoise Mine is the last full-time production mine in the United States. Believe it or not, turquoise was mined from this area as far back as 1000 AD during the Mayan turquoise boom!
The Royston Turquoise Mine is located 20 miles north of Tonopah, Nevada. Today it's becoming scarce, as it is only mined in limited quantities. Royston turquoise can range from light blue to emerald green and is often two-toned, with a medium to golden brown matrix. Add some to your collection today!
