Horsehair pottery is a unique and striking technique used in ceramics where horsehair is applied to pottery that is fired in a kiln. The result is a beautiful, organic texture and pattern on the surface of the pottery.

Native American jewelry is known for its intricate craftsmanship, symbolism, and cultural significance. Made from a variety of materials like silver, turquoise, coral, and shell, these pieces often reflect the deep connection Native American peoples have with nature, spirituality, and their heritage.

A copper splash is literally as it sounds: molten copper, heated to 2200 degrees Fahrenheit, is splashed onto a stainless steel table, then doused with cold water and allowed to cool. The piece is then scoured with a blowtorch, which maximizes the coloration of various areas of the surface with striations and swirls of bright purple, magenta, orange, gold and the rarest color, blue.

Greg Gowen is a metal sculpture artist based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Working predominantly in copper and steel, Greg’s work is characterized by vibrant colors and layered textures inspired by the surrounding high desert and mountains. Each piece he creates is a masterful fusion of materials and techniques that bring out the natural beauty of the metals.

Talavera pottery is a traditional form of Mexican ceramics, known for its vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and distinctive style. Originating in the colonial period, particularly in the Puebla region of Mexico, Talavera pottery blends indigenous techniques with Spanish influences, resulting in a unique artistic tradition that has become famous worldwide.
