Hadlan Highway Lantern with Red globe
Circa 1930's, green body with a red globe, approximately 13 inches tall. The lamp is in very good condition but shows some signs of wear on the paint. Red is a common color for this style lamp but the green on this one may have been added after purchase. The globe is perfect with no cracks. The Handlan-Buck Company of St. Louis was one of the premier suppliers of railroad lamps, lanterns, and other hardware. They also marketed the exact same lamps to hobbyists and other buyers with no changes in design.
