This satin-finish sterling silver squash blossom necklace was created by Navajo artist Thomas Francisco. The naja is adorned with Sonoran Gold Turquoise cabachons with one dangling in the center. Thomas selected darker green examples for this necklace. The necklace is strung with sterling silver Navajo Beads.

Sonoran Gold is mined near the city of Cananea, Mexico. This turquoise is fresh on the scene and has gained wide popularity with its bright green and blue hues and it’s yellow to brown web-like matrix.
