Navajo (Diné) jewelry designer Billy Slim has created this magnificent Squash Blossom necklace using desirable Lander Blue turquoise. Strung on a gleaming strand of Navajo Pearls are 10 ‘blossoms’ which extend from the sides, each with a cabochon of intriguing spiderweb matrix turquoise, surrounded by exceptional, handcrafted sterling silver. The focal point of this spectacular necklace is the familiar crescent-shaped Naja; instead of the traditional plain sterling silver, this one is crafted of 12 more cabochons of turquoise. A truly stunning piece of wearable art.
